Get Rid Of Pesky Body Acne With These Tips (Esthetician Approved) Seen on Great Day Live Tampa Bay

It's summer, that means...SWEAT! If you get bumps and pimples on your bum, back, or anywhere else on your body, I've got some great tips to help not just to combat body breakouts, but help prevent them too.

Now. Back to sweat. Sweat doesn't actually cause body acne. What does cause body acne is sitting in your own sweat/sweaty clothes because it's basically a breeding ground for bacteria. This is why breakouts tend to happen more frequently in hot steamy weather.

Here are my tips to help keep your skin smooth & clear:

  1. Arm & Hammer Invisible Spray Powder This revolutionary product is now a part of my daily routine since moving to Florida (It's hot AF here, like bad lol). Why I love it: It goes on clear, no talc!, it dries super fast, i use it under my boobs, in between my thighs, and everywhere else- I especially love using it before my workouts! Contains Arm & Hammer Baking Soda and odor neutralizing ingredient to absorb moisture and sweat- ALL. DAY. LONG.

  2. All-Natural Charcoal Konjac Sponge Which you can find in many varieties on Amazon is a great natural way to exfoliate dead skin. Why I love it: Exfoliation helps to break up dead skin which blocks hair follicles. Charcoal has antibacterial properties and help detoxify while controlling excess sebum production.

  3. CeraVe Acne Foaming Cream Cleanser is a great product to combat acne from head to toe. Why I love it: Cream to foam formula works to remove dirt, excess oil and makeup. It contains Hyaluronic Acid which helps to retain skin’s natural moisture. Power ingredient Niacinamide aids in calming skin, it has Essential Ceramides, and it's gentle, fragrance-free, paraben-free, non-comedogenic.

  4. Mimi Beach Bum Oregano and Pearl Infused Bum & Body Cream leaves skin soft, glowy, and calm. I use this every day after the shower and noticed a visible improvement right away. This everyday cream is gentle and effective in getting rid of not only acne, it also improves skin conditions such as folliculitis, eczema, psoriasis, keratosis pilaris, ingrown hairs caused by shaving/waxing, and more. Why I love it: It's plant-based, vegan, cruelty-free, sulfate-free, paraben-free, fragrance-free, phthalate-free, dye-free, and silicone-free. Everything skincare should be!

So, say bye-bye to bumpy skin this summer with these must-haves. And remember, consistency is key with any skincare routine! Please be sure to join my mailing list, and follow me on instagram for daily updates.
