How To Get Thicker Hair In 2021

Updated: May 12, 2021

Are you noticing more strands coming out in the shower, and in your hair brush? You’re not alone, it’s normal, and I have some tips that will help. Constantly dyeing your hair, aging, stress, and hormonal changes can wreak havoc on your locks, causing your hair to weaken, thin, and break. In some extreme cases your hair may even fall out. But there’s hope, this can be fixed! There are so many options out there: shampoos, conditioners, and healthy hair habits that actually work to promote hair growth. Check out my pro tips below!

Eat a Healthy Diet:

  • Try incorporating foods that are high in protein, healthy fats, and of course foods that have lots of vitamins & minerals. My favourites are spinach, chicken, avocado, olive oil, almonds, sweet potatoes, and eggs. Try to avoid foods that may cause you inflammation, and foods that have refined sugar.

Use A Shampoo

& Conditioner For Hair Growth:

My favourite hair care products are the Neutriderm Hair Enhancer Shampoo, and the Neutriderm Hair Enhancer Conditioner. This amazing duo will stimulate your scalp and inject your strands with the ingredients it needs to not only grow but be healthy, too. Both the Neutriderm Hair Enhancer Shampoo and Neutriderm Hair Enhancer Conditioner are made of scientifically proven hair growth ingredients that help boost microcirculation, refortify breakage-prone strands, strengthening from within. The ingredients in both of these products also helps reduce breakage, eliminates frizz and tangles, plus it makes your hair appear fuller.

Stop Overusing Dry Shampoo:

A lot of women who have issues with thinning and lack of hair growth overuse dry shampoo, which can cause irritation and residue build-up on your scalp. Massaging your scalp with a scalp massager helps to remove excess products and oils, as well as stimulating blood flow to the hair follicles, leading to improved hair growth.
